How do my customers make a booking?
Experitus is a cloud-based application. You can send the link to the booking page to your customers, embed JS code with the form on your website, install WordPress plug-in or add Facebook tab with the booking form.
Where is the service hosted?
Experitus utilises cloud based hosting with data centres in Europe, which means we can provide you the quickest and most reliable solution we can.
Can I download Experitus?
Experitus is completely online, so it’s available wherever you are on any device, so there’s no need to worry about using your device’s memory. This means that we manage the hosting and software, and you get automated updates, hourly backups and industry leading security.
Do I receive notifications?
You can set up Experitus to show real time notifications on the dashboard or have them sent to your email. Alternatively you can subscribe for Google Chrome Web Push notifications and receive all important messages immediately.
Can I accept payments?
Yes, you can integrate other payment processing companies such as Stripe or PayPal in order to accept your customers’ payments.
Do I need a website?
No. If you don’t have a website, Experitus can supply you with a FREE booking page or simply integrate into your own in minutes. Our staff are here to help if you have any questions.
Can I still use it if I don’t need to accept payments?
Yes. Experitus can operate to make reservations only, if no payment processor is required.
How do I get Support?
We pride ourselves on offering great support to all our customers. All our support staff are readily available to help with any issues you may have, 24/7.
How do reviews booster work?
After your customers used your services Experitus App automatically sends out an email requesting a review. Customers receive an email with a link. Paving the way and making it super simple for them to write a quick review. All they have to do is click on the link. For the customers who did not write reviews, they can be notified with weekly emails, while you go on with servicing new customers & running your business.
Is my data secure?
All Experitus applications are hosted in a URL unique to your business in a database dedicated to your account, protected with an industry standard SSL encrypted certificate. All your passwords and other secure data are encrypted using RSA.
How does the free trial work?
Our 30 day trial is 100% free and does not require credit card information to start. If at the end of your trial you would like to upgrade, great. If not, your plan will automatically be downgraded to the free plan.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. You get the full featured, unlimited version of our service completely free for 30 days. Once you're ready to upgrade, you may choose a plan which suits your needs.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch between our paid plans, or cancel your account altogether, whenever you like. We will adjust any payments accordingly.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and American Express. Remember, you do not need to supply card details to start your free trial.
Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No. Experitus is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Who owns my data?
You do! It's your data after all! We want customers to use Experitus because they love it, not because their data is stuck in it. You can export all of your information from Experitus at any time, no matter what plan you choose.
